Ruth Wambui Wagatua is Kenyan. She has a master’s degree in Water Policy from the Pan African University Institute for Water, Energy Sciences and Climate Change (PAUWES), a higher diploma in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management. This is complemented by several years of experience in stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue, project coordination, innovation, and research.
