Andriі Izovita has a doctorate in higher education (National University in Odessa), two master's degrees in law and public administration, as well as experience in academia, the private sector, civil society and development, he has many years of experience in managing educational processes. He is the Managing Director of the International Development Foundation and has more than twelve years of experience in management and education, including the energy efficiency programs sector. In his career, he has chosen to participate in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of projects in the field of energy efficiency and energy recovery in Ukraine. He is of family origin in Europe and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
