Dr Nina Volles is a German-Swiss higher education and TVET specialist based in Lugano, Switzerland. As co-founder and Head of Education Practice at Paeradigms, she has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, programme implementation, curriculum reform, and academia-industry partnerships. She has worked with international organisations, including the EU, GIZ, Enabel, and the British Council, supporting policy and institutional development in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Her expertise includes integrating green skills into education systems, capacity development, and sustainability initiatives such as Green Campus strategies. She has led major projects on renewable energy, climate change mitigation, and education for sustainable development.
Dr Volles holds a Doctorate in Higher Education from the University of Bath (UK), a Master’s in International Relations from Université de Strasbourg (France), and an Executive MSc in Communication Management from Università della Svizzera italiana (Switzerland). She is fluent in English, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Farsi.
