Carol

Carol Switzer is a dual citizen of the US and Italy, based in Lugano, Switzerland. As Senior Partner and Operations Lead at Paeradigms, she specialises in project management, knowledge management, and institutional capacity-building. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked across sectors, including academia, humanitarian operations, IT, biotech, banking, and telecommunications.
Her expertise spans financial and administrative management, team leadership, research, and training. She has designed and conducted studies for international organisations, including the Union for the Mediterranean, GIZ, and the International Labour Organization. She also teaches employability and research skills at Università della Svizzera italiana.
Carol holds an MBA from UCLA, a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of San Diego, and additional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and teacher certification. A multilingual professional, she is fluent in English and Italian and proficient in Spanish.
