Evaluation of Enabel's 2030 Organisational Strategy and its implementation since 2020 Reference number
Paeradigms experts worked closely with Enabel's monitoring and evaluation team, applying a participatory, user-centred and utilisation-focused approach. The team conducted missions to Benin and Rwanda and analysed global and local contexts, juxtaposing these with Enabel's strategy to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to refine Enabel's strategic direction.
