The publication highlights efforts across the Mediterranean to accelerate progress towards the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. It recognises the unique role that higher education and research institutions play in driving the “𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭” 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and turning political commitments into meaningful actions, particularly in sustainable food systems and renewable energy.

Paeradigms experts worked closely with Enabel's monitoring and evaluation team, applying a participatory, user-centred and utilisation-focused approach. The team conducted missions to Benin and Rwanda and analysed global and local contexts, juxtaposing these with Enabel's strategy to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to refine Enabel's strategic direction.
