Sylvia von dem Busche is an international development expert with extensive experience in educational governance, employment, and labour market policy. She has worked across multiple regions, including Argentina, Canada, Germany, Morocco, Malawi, and Zambia, organising study tours and capacity-building initiatives to enhance policy and institutional development.
With a deep understanding of Francophone West Africa’s education and labour market systems, she has contributed to policy evaluations and programme design in French-speaking contexts. Her expertise includes facilitation, moderation, and training, with a strong ability to develop training support materials.
