Dr. Ricarda Lassek is a highly experienced professional in education and development with a diverse background spanning 29 years in education, training, energy, and private sector development. She holds a German National Teaching Diploma, a Master's in Development Studies from ETH Zurich, and a PhD in Education, where she analysed the effectiveness of GIZ interventions in Basic Education in Mozambique. Dr. Lassek has contributed to project proposals and plans for major organisations, including UNESCO, Plan International, KfW, and the EU. Her expertise extends across TVET and education, supported by fluency in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, and German. Currently, she is working on ensuring knowledge continuity for the ProEducação programme, closing a circle she began earlier in her career.
