Carol Switzer

Carol Switzer is a dual citizen of the US and Italy based in Lugano, Switzerland. She is a process-oriented and strategic problem solver that has worked in a variety of sectors including information technology, manufacturing, banking, entertainment, telecommunications, biotech and humanitarian operations and academia. In her various roles she has gained experience in team leadership and staff management. She has implemented IT systems, managed a sales force, developed marketing strategies, taught and supervised students in class and in conducting research, and worked with scholars to develop a systematic process for moving concept papers and studies to publication. With over 25 years of experience managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder, multi-level settings, Carol is one of Paeradigms’ key persons in terms of project management and institution building.
