Lina

Lina Osorio is a Colombian communication and development specialist based in [Location]. With a decade of experience, she has worked on development projects in Algeria, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Kenya, focusing on higher education and institutional branding. She has developed and implemented communication strategies for organisations such as the African Union, the Pan African University, and the Institute for Water, Renewable Energy and Climate Change.
Before joining Paeradigms, she worked with GIZ in Africa, supporting the capacity development of African Union staff in communications. Prior to international cooperation, she worked in Latin America’s creative sector, leading cross-media advertising campaigns.
Lina holds a master’s degree in Communication and Economics from Università della Svizzera italiana (Switzerland) and a bachelor's degree in Media Art from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). She brings expertise in strategic communication, branding, and cross-sector collaboration in multicultural environments.
