Jessica Jossias is a Mozambican anthropologist and project manager based in Inhambane, Mozambique. As Project and Communications Manager at Paeradigms, she specialises in knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, and research. With over seven years of experience, she has worked across academia, public health, and development, conducting socio-anthropological studies and community engagement initiatives.
She has managed research projects for GIZ and Ford Foundation, focusing on education, gender, and reproductive health. Skilled in data analysis, social media management, and workshop facilitation, she supports institutional learning and communication strategies.
Previously, she held roles in research coordination and administrative management, gaining expertise in stakeholder collaboration and operational planning. Jessica holds a Bachelor's in Anthropology from Eduardo Mondlane University and a Certificate in Public Health from the Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique. She is a native Portuguese speaker with professional proficiency in English and knowledge of Changana.
