Espéra Donouvossi is a communications and policy expert from Benin with over 10 years of experience in project and programme management at the continental level. He has worked across Benin, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Rwanda, South Africa, and Togo, specialising in stakeholder engagement, civil society advocacy, media relations, and policy development.
His expertise includes results-based project management, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic planning. He is currently a PhD candidate researching innovative and participatory policy design approaches to support sustainable governance systems for culture in West Africa.
With a strong background in African development sectors, Espera has extensive knowledge of international cooperation, research methodologies, and policy processes.
