Dr Andrii Izovita is a higher education and energy efficiency expert with extensive experience in curriculum development, TVET, and project management. He is the Managing Director of the International Development Foundation and has over 12 years of experience in education and management, including leading initiatives in the energy efficiency sector.
He has been actively involved in developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing projects focused on energy efficiency and energy recovery in Ukraine. His expertise spans academia, the private sector, civil society, and international development, with a strong focus on improving educational systems and sustainable energy solutions.
Dr Izovita holds a Doctorate in Higher Education from the National University in Odessa and two Master’s degrees in law and public administration. Of European heritage, he is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
