Vadym Lytvyn is an UA-based expert in energy efficiency training, software development for energy monitoring, and energy auditing. He is the Head of the Association of Energy Auditors of Ukraine and Director of the engineering company CEE LLC.
With over 16 years of experience, Vadym has been involved in developing and supporting energy efficiency projects and delivering specialised training in the field. He began his career as a specialist on World Bank-supported projects for Kyiv’s public buildings, focusing on monitoring and verification systems. He has worked extensively on energy efficiency in public and residential buildings as a contractor, trainer, energy auditor, and team leader. Currently, he leads CEE LLC and contributes to international projects with GIS, NEFCO, EIB, and EBRD.
Vadym holds degrees from recognised institutions in UA.
