Dr Kennedy Kibukho is a project management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist with over 19 years of experience in education, health, energy, water, and sustainable development. He has extensive expertise in project design, implementation, research, and impact assessment across multiple sectors.
He has held MEL leadership roles at World Vision International, RTI International, PASGR, Tetra Tech International Development, and SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. He was also a key contributor to the Pedagogical Leadership in Africa (PedaL) project under the Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education Innovation and Reform (SPHEIR), which strengthened online teaching and learning capacities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Kibukho holds a PhD in Project Planning and Management with a specialisation in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Nairobi, along with a Master’s in the same field and a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University. His work focuses on strengthening programme effectiveness through research, learning, and best practice documentation.
