Abstract:
Amine Moussa will present results from his doctoral research analysing the impact of ethical higher education (HE) leadership on knowledge-sharing behavior (knowledge obtaining and knowledge donating) among university staff. Most scholarly work has focused on the business sector. Also, while research on ethical leadership and knowledge sharing is well established in developed countries, the theme remains less in developing countries. Profile:
Amine Moussa is Lebanese and was educated in Lebanon, the UK, and Germany. With a bachelor’s and a master’s in Computer Information Systems, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath (UK), where he is researching the role of ethical leadership in higher education and its implications for employee knowledge sharing behaviour. Amine began his career as a computer scientist in industry. In 2013, he joined Notre Dame University (Lebanon), where he heads the Library Information Systems Department and is involved in digital transformation processes. He has also been part-time faculty at the Arab Open University (HEI partner of the Open University UK). Amine is part of the Paeradigms expert team.
